The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive based in New York, reporting to the Global Head of New Business, you will be responsible for driving new business within the Capital Markets vertical across the Americas. This is an individual contributor role with the backing of an experienced team.

You will apply strategic thinking and deep industry expertise to engage with senior (C-Suite) stakeholders, confidently managing complex enterprise-level sales and representing Xceptor at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo sales within Financial Services TAM accounts across the Americas.

  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets through new business acquisition.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from identifying client solutions to relationship-building, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing and expanding large key accounts.

  • Strong track record of technology-based sales in Capital Markets.

  • Solutions-driven, with a history of meeting and exceeding annual sales quotas.

  • Exceptional gravitas and ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.

  • Skilled in product demonstrations, client workshops, and use-case development.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Analytical and creative thinker, capable of developing tailored solutions.
