What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Drive Market Expansion: Lead strategic business development initiatives to introduce Ridgeline’s cloud-native platform into new markets, targeting key asset management firms.

End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract execution. Ensure steady pipeline development and seamless deal progression.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders including Pre-Sales, Value Management, Product Marketing, and Sales Support to orchestrate and execute winning sales strategies.

Consultative Selling: Leverage deep consultative sales techniques to build lasting relationships with prospective clients and key executive sponsors, particularly at the C-suite level.

Solution Positioning: Articulate Ridgeline’s value proposition as a next-generation alternative to legacy investment management systems, emphasizing agility, security, and usability.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline within Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear communication of deal status and milestones.

Travel & Client Engagement: Travel approximately 30–35% to meet with clients, build trust, and maintain executive-level relationships.

Problem Solving & Communication: Demonstrate proactive thinking, creative problem-solving, and effective communication throughout the sales process.

Team Contribution: Support a collaborative team environment centered around learning, knowledge sharing, and transparency.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
-
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically focused on selling technology-based solutions or platforms.

At least 5 years in a quota-carrying role with consistent success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Client Management:

Expertise in cultivating strategic, long-term client relationships, including frequent interaction with executive-level decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, COOs, etc.).

Sales Skills:

Mastery of consultative sales methodologies.

Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Execution & Ownership:

Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Strong aptitude for problem-solving and understanding complex client needs.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation (OTE): Target range of $305,000 to $335,000, inclusive of base salary and performance-based incentives.

Variable Compensation: Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses aligned with sales targets and KPIs.

Residuals: Recurring revenue on client anniversaries based on sales performance and account retention.
