Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. This role is critical in supporting the Sales and Client Services organization by providing strategic insights that increase revenue, improve retention, and enhance the customer experience.
You will lead the refinement of our data management and dashboard strategy—leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to transform the way we analyze the customer journey, from pipeline insights to client retention. A strong understanding of the buyer’s journey and SaaS sales processes is essential to building scalable solutions that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities

Define the future state of sales data analytics, prioritize projects, and develop measurable metrics.

Lead complex analysis and dashboards covering pipeline metrics: stage length, deal size, win/loss ratios, competitive insights, churn, retention, and lead process effectiveness.

Partner with sales, customer success, and cross-functional leaders to define reporting and insight requirements.

Develop tools and processes that improve sales and client service efficiency and scalability.

Identify automation opportunities to optimize processes and accelerate revenue growth.

Govern data integrity and adoption across Salesforce and related platforms.

Leverage AI/ML to centralize data and deliver predictive dashboards and actionable insights.

Present accurate, strategic insights to senior leadership.

Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to recommend improvements.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in IT, finance, statistics, computer science, or related field.

5+ years of business analytics experience, ideally in a SaaS organization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects.

Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and productivity tools.

Ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.

Experience in healthcare (long-term/post-acute care) preferred.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $87,000 – $130,000 USD annually (exact pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience).
