Our Business Intelligence team supports Sales and Client Services by delivering actionable insights to increase revenue, improve retention, and enhance the customer experience.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Business Intelligence Analyst to refine our data strategy and deliver best-in-class dashboards using AI and Machine Learning. This role will focus on analyzing the sales process and customer journey to provide actionable insights, increase scalability, and drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Design future-state vision, prioritize projects, and establish metrics

Provide complex data analysis and dashboards covering pipeline health, deal size, win/loss ratios, churn, retention, pricing, and market trends

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to develop best-in-class dashboards

Implement tools and processes to improve sales efficiency, productivity, and customer retention

Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and revenue growth

Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, Gainsight, and other platforms

Leverage AI/ML to centralize and analyze data for actionable business insights

Communicate trends and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, compelling way

Support cross-functional teams with data-driven strategies to improve customer outcomes
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

5+ years of business analytics experience, ideally in a SaaS environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, MS Office (Excel expertise required), and BI tools

Skilled in presenting complex data in a clear, impactful manner

Experience in healthcare, particularly long-term/post-acute care, preferred

Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
