We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help us change the way the world works.

Here, your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services (internal and external). You will be working as the technical resource to help manage the work as well as coach other Salesforce administrators and developers on the team. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality product is essential.

This is a highly technical role that will interface with our business leaders. This role will work closely with the rest of the Business Operations team to ensure consistency across processes and systems that are being followed by the entire business.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, You Will

Perform development, testing, code review, and documentation as it relates to Salesforce.com
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflow
Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements
Adept at analyzing business problems and breaking it down into actionable work items
Proactively identify opportunities for building scalable solutions
Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, processes as well as integrations
Be a reliable point of escalation and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner
Interface with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating a technology roadmap to the business
You have experience with other tools commonly used in a sales/marketing environment e.g. Marketo, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo etc.
Reviewing legacy functionality and replacing it with best practices.
Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including user, license, and security management.
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to recommend and implement improvements

You are an experienced Salesforce certified professional with 7+ years of direct experience in Salesforce Development and administration demonstrating career progression and increasing complexity of work
Have worked in fast-paced environments with a complex Salesforce instance, preferably in the enterprise software space with Salesforce Sales, Lightning & Service Cloud offerings
Experience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and RESTful integrations
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilities
Excellent time management and autonomy skills, working independently and as part of a team
A critical thinker with a passion for finding technical solutions to business problems
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manage
Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across multiple systems
Salesforce certification in administration and/or development is a must have.
Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other platforms via APIs and other methods
Bonus Points: Experience working with sales, marketing and sales operations team
