Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new SAP opportunities across assigned accounts and regions

Develop strategies to move customers from ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE
-
Target dormant, mid-market, and new accounts with tailored solution proposals
-
Lead sales efforts including RFP, RFI responses, and solution presentations
Customer Engagement

Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers

Understand customer challenges and build SAP roadmaps that align with their goals

Drive the development of strategies around SAP platforms such as ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, MDG, and Ariba
Financial Management

Oversee financial elements of proposals including pricing, budgeting, and forecasting
-
Ensure profitable delivery of SAP services and achieve revenue/margin targets
Collaboration & Delivery

Work in partnership with country sales teams and consulting delivery managers
-
Ensure seamless service delivery and successful post-sales execution
Mentorship & Leadership

Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and junior sales professionals

Share industry insights and contribute to internal knowledge-building efforts
Required Skills and Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience:
-
7+ years of successful sales experience in SAP services
-
4+ years leading large-scale enterprise SAP transformation projects

Expertise:
-
Deep knowledge of SAP solutions including S/4HANA, ECC, RISE, BTP, Ariba, and MDG
-
Strong understanding of SAP functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, PP, PS, and WM
-

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
-
Proven ability to communicate and present complex solutions to C-suite audiences

Exceptional customer relationship management and business acumen

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SAP integrations (e.g., B2B/EDI/IDOC), Concur, Coupa, SuccessFactors, Sales Cloud
-
Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud environments for large-scale enterprise systems
-
Industry expertise in sectors like manufacturing, retail, or finance
-
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and agile development practices
-
Experience engaging with senior and executive leadership
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Range (Full-Time U.S. Roles): $121,200–$218,160
