About the Job

Role Overview:

Montefiore Einstein Technology is seeking a Security Risk Management Senior Analyst to ensure data security and manage risks, vulnerabilities, and defects. This role requires experience in risk management concepts and processes, and the ability to work with auditors, regulators, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and facilitate the risk management program.
• Communicate with auditors and regulators during compliance reviews.
• Participate in information security audits (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).
• Collaborate with peers to ensure operational excellence.
• Contribute to and lead risk assessments.
• Identify and prioritize risks based on impact and likelihood.
• Facilitate information risk analysis and management processes with business leaders.
• Execute risk procedures and develop vendor assessment reports.
• Maintain risk registries and monitor risk exception processes.
• Develop key risk indicators and dashboards.
• Assist in policy/standard development and security awareness training.
• Maintain familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Experience with risk management concepts and processes.
• Experience with information security audits and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc.).
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with auditors, regulators, and business leaders.
