The Athlete Journey Team is at the heart of personalization at DSG. Developing on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), this role will focus on omni-channel activation and customer experiences. As a subject matter expert (SME) for AJO, you’ll also contribute to RTCDP, CJA, and the AEP data lake.


Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development – Build and enhance software that is secure, reliable, and high-performing.

  • Software Maintenance – Identify and resolve complex defects while mentoring junior teammates.

  • Design & Conceptualization – Develop prototypes and concepts for digital products and services.

  • Technical Recommendations – Research and recommend optimizations to meet business and user needs.

  • Roadmap & Scheduling – Contribute to software roadmaps and assign work based on team backlogs.

  • Fault Diagnosis – Troubleshoot root causes and resolve issues quickly.

  • Learning & Mentorship – Continuously upskill while coaching junior engineers.

  • Database Design – Support database modeling and performance tuning.

  • Requirements Gathering – Assist in collecting and documenting functional requirements.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 3–6 years of software development experience.

  • Leadership: Basic experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).

  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Proficiency in AEP (AJO expertise required).

    • Strong data engineering and omni-channel personalization skills.

    • Effective communication, ownership, and attention to detail.

    • Team collaboration and continuous learning mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Target Pay Range: $83,000 – $138,200 (based on experience, skills, and location).
