About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust SaaS solutions that scale across our platform. You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to create cutting-edge interfaces, optimize architecture, and improve platform quality.

As a senior contributor, you’ll mentor junior engineers, lead initiatives, and influence technical strategy across the company. You’ll have autonomy to design impactful solutions while driving improvements in standards, processes, and software quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy high-impact front-end platforms, components, templates, and libraries.

• Serve as a significant individual contributor on application design, coding, and problem-solving.

• Utilize open-source frameworks to write, refactor, and maintain software programs and applications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex SaaS platform issues.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead design and code reviews, paired programming, and mentoring for less experienced engineers.

• Contribute to technical decisions, architectural design, and microservice development.

• Apply UI/UX principles to deliver engaging front-end experiences.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization and at least 18 years of age.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or related field with 5+ years enterprise experience, OR coding bootcamp + 8+ years professional experience.

• 5+ years of Angular experience; proficient in HTML, CSS/SASS, and client-side JavaScript/TypeScript.

• 5+ years of SQL/NoSQL experience (SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB) including DB migration scripts.

• 4+ years of microservices architecture experience.

• Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban) with SaaS platforms.

• Prior experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote work; travel 2–4 times/year for meetings or training.

Preferred Skills

• Node.js development experience.

• Cloud-based or cloud-native development (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes).

• RESTful/SOAP API development and consumption.

• Experience in CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.

• Automated testing frameworks (REST-assured, Selenium, etc.).
