Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for DexCare’s healthcare platform.
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor team members to ensure code quality and scalability.
• Build and deploy SaaS applications on AWS using Kubernetes (with Helm) and Docker.
• Develop and maintain backend services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, performing schema design and migrations.
• Contribute to responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and Express or Koa middleware.
• Implement test automation frameworks and ensure high-quality, testable code.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and ensure system uptime using tools like Splunk and DataDog.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development using SOA architecture.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and mentoring peers.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• 7+ years of experience in a strongly typed, object-oriented language.
• 7+ years developing responsive, scalable web applications.
• 3+ years working with message queues and pub/sub systems.
• 3+ years of experience using React.js and Redux frameworks.
• Strong background in AWS infrastructure, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven ability to influence architectural decisions across teams.
• Experience monitoring and improving system performance using Splunk or DataDog.
• Deep understanding of SaaS-based software delivery in healthcare or enterprise environments.
