Our mission is to establish and operate a network of tuition-free, Montessori-inspired preschools in underserved communities. What You’ll Do

Define and deliver the product vision for digital experiences that support early learning at home

Create innovative, customer-focused solutions that blend tech tools with real-world impact

Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working across cross-functional teams

Leverage user research, data, and feedback to prioritize features and improvements

Ensure seamless collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders

Maintain a deep focus on accessibility, equity, and inclusive product design

Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support implementation and gain user insights
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in technical product management using Agile/Lean methodologies

Experience building software or e-commerce products

Proven track record of launching impactful consumer products, informed by user research and data

Strong collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in product design

Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, AWS, Twilio, or Klaviyo

Background in designing responsive, accessible products that work across devices and user needs

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation

Experience working with diverse, economically varied customer audiences

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary Range (Seattle, WA): $157,000 – $251,000/year
(Top third typically reserved for experienced, high-performing team members.) -
