What You’ll Do

  • Define and deliver the product vision for digital experiences that support early learning at home

  • Create innovative, customer-focused solutions that blend tech tools with real-world impact

  • Drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch, working across cross-functional teams

  • Leverage user research, data, and feedback to prioritize features and improvements

  • Ensure seamless collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders

  • Maintain a deep focus on accessibility, equity, and inclusive product design

  • Travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support implementation and gain user insights


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in technical product management using Agile/Lean methodologies

  • Experience building software or e-commerce products

  • Proven track record of launching impactful consumer products, informed by user research and data

  • Strong collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in product design

  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field

  • Experience with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, AWS, Twilio, or Klaviyo

  • Background in designing responsive, accessible products that work across devices and user needs

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to navigate ambiguity and drive innovation

  • Experience working with diverse, economically varied customer audiences

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, salaried position with a comprehensive benefits package.

  • Salary Range (Seattle, WA): $157,000 – $251,000/year
    (Top third typically reserved for experienced, high-performing team members.)

  • Time Off:

    • 15 days paid vacation
