Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Employee Experience will help shape and enhance the daily experience of employees as Scout Motors continues to grow. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Experience, this role will lead programs and initiatives that strengthen company culture, engagement, and belonging across all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Do

Support strategic people initiatives and ensure effective project management.

Develop guiding principles and tools for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and assist founding members in launching and scaling new groups.

Lead engagement and recognition programs that boost morale and workplace satisfaction.

Collaborate across HR and business teams to align employee experience with company strategy.

Conduct surveys, analyze data, and recommend actionable improvements.

Organize culture-driven events, workshops, and wellness initiatives.

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on engagement, culture, and belonging.

Establish a Scout Ambassador Program to support internal and external talent goals.

Contribute to the Scout Legacy Project, reinforcing respect for people, land, air, water, and communities.
What You’ll Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree (HR, Communications, or Analytics preferred).

8+ years of progressive HR, engagement, or culture leadership experience.

Proven ability to design and execute measurable engagement strategies.

Experience supporting or launching ERGs.

Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Proficiency with Qualtrics and project tracking tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA).

Data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
-
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
Location & Travel

Initially remote, transitioning to an on-site role at the future Scout Motors HQ (to be determined in 2025).

Regular in-person meetings and events will be required.

Some travel may be needed for company events and engagement activities.

Base salary: $120,000 – $145,000 per year.
