Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical knowledge and product information to medical professionals, promoting appropriate utilization of Amgen therapies.

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve and exceed territory goals through both in-person and virtual engagement.

  • Develop and manage customer relationships, addressing product access, reimbursement issues, and contract support.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights, optimize marketing strategies, and enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Continuously represent Amgen with passion and professionalism, upholding our core values and commitment to patients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience
    OR

  • Associate degree and 6+ years of sales experience
    OR

  • High school diploma/GED and 8+ years of sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful specialty sales experience

  • Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare sales

  • Experience selling in therapeutic areas such as osteoporosis, oncology, cardiology, or inflammation

  • Strong relationship-building and territory management skills

  • Proven ability to influence clinical decision-makers

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Business is a plus

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Adaptability and strength in key competencies including planning, communication, and collaboration
