As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and implementing moderately complex tactical and strategic initiatives within the WMRE PMO. This role focuses on procurement, contract management, vendor evaluation, and logistics to support project success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with project managers, cost controllers, and schedulers to manage master service agreements for goods and services.

  • Oversee vendor negotiations, legal integration, and approval processes for contracts.

  • Implement sourcing programs to meet group cost-reduction goals.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of supplier spend, procurement metrics, and sourcing data.

  • Develop and manage reporting tools to support supply chain decision-making.

  • Support field communications and training for supply chain programs.

  • Facilitate procurement scorecard initiatives such as supplier reduction, contract compliance, and cost savings.

  • Lead the RFI/RFQ process for RNG project equipment and services.

  • Evaluate suppliers by analyzing pricing, shipping efficiency, and product quality.

  • Establish and manage supply chain KPIs, compliance reporting, and vendor performance metrics.

  • Coordinate equipment logistics with project managers, carriers, and 3PL brokers.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 10+ years of supply chain/procurement experience.

  • Preferred Certification: CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional).

  • Expertise in direct procurement, strategic sourcing, contracts management, and logistics.

  • Strong financial and data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

  • Experience with tools such as Coupa, Procore, and ERP systems.


Work Environment

  • Office-based role, with in-office work required at least 4 days per week (Mon–Thu).

  • Collaboration-driven setting, working closely with cross-functional teams.
