Senior Web Designer

Introduction:
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Web Designer to join Assured, a company on a mission to modernize the insurance industry. As a Senior Web Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping our digital identity through creative, user-centered design. You’ll collaborate across marketing, brand, and product teams to create engaging digital experiences that inspire, inform, and delight users around the world.

About the Role:
As a Senior Web Designer, you’ll bring creativity and strategy together to craft exceptional web experiences that communicate our brand vision. You’ll design responsive websites, build design systems, and partner with teams to deliver seamless, high-performing digital assets that reflect Assured’s mission to transform insurance through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually compelling, responsive websites across multiple platforms.
• Translate brand strategy into interactive digital experiences that engage and convert.
• Maintain cohesive design systems and ensure brand consistency across all media.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and executive teams to align creative direction with business goals.
• Support growth and performance marketing initiatives with high-impact visuals.
• Contribute to motion, video, and interactive storytelling projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in web, UI/UX, or product design (preferably in SaaS or startups).
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems.
• Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and visual storytelling.
• Strategic thinker with a strong sense of brand identity and digital engagement.
• Familiarity with performance design and working in growth-oriented environments.
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, 3D design, or front-end coding (HTML/CSS).
