Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer to drive the development of our web-based voice and messaging platform. You will build high-performance, scalable web applications that integrate voice, video, and messaging capabilities. Collaborating with developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers, you’ll craft intuitive, user-focused experiences for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications with voice, messaging, and real-time features.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code in JavaScript using modern frameworks (React, Marionette).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

Work with real-time communication protocols such as WebRTC, SIP, and related frameworks.

Optimize app performance for smooth voice and messaging, including audio quality, latency, and bandwidth efficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting performance, crashes, or functionality.

Own end-to-end problem solving from ideation to deployment.

Make data-driven decisions and experiment to enhance user experience.

Deploy features that impact millions of users immediately.
Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of professional experience in web application development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web frameworks (React, Marionette).

Experience with real-time communication technologies (WebRTC, SIP) is a plus.

Knowledge of desktop notifications and managing network connections for real-time updates.

Familiarity with modern development tools, debugging, and testing frameworks (Unit, UI, Integration).

Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to design elegant, simple solutions for complex problems.
