Company Overview
Rippling is a comprehensive workforce management system designed to eliminate the challenges of running a business. Many companies struggle with both routine tasks—like payroll processing—and complex cross-functional planning, such as headcount alignment. This is often due to scattered data across multiple systems and platforms.
Rippling provides a unified solution that integrates every essential business application—including applicant tracking, payroll, IT management, and expense tracking—into a single platform. Unlike traditional systems, Rippling enables seamless data flow between its applications, ensuring that all teams work from a shared source of truth. This allows businesses to automate processes, access key insights, and execute more efficiently.
Headquartered in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has secured $1.2 billion in funding from top-tier investors, including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock.
