About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Website Growth Manager to serve as the strategic and operational lead for Lattice.com, the primary digital entry point for our brand. In this role, you will transform our website into a high-performing SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) conversion engine while maintaining Lattice’s brand standards in both visual design and voice.
This high-impact role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical understanding, and executional excellence. You will own the website roadmap, lead optimization initiatives, run experiments, and ensure all updates align with our business priorities and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the website roadmap to deliver new content, features, and experiments.

Develop and execute optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.

Lead A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform decisions.

Build scalable workflows and processes for rapid execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Use analytics to identify and prioritize improvements to site architecture, navigation, and UX.

Stay informed on digital marketing and web trends to maintain competitive performance.

Collaborate with marketing, design, engineering, and GTM teams to deliver impactful initiatives.

Clearly communicate performance insights and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications

5+ years in web or digital product management, ideally in growth marketing and CRO environments.

Strong knowledge of UX best practices, web design principles, and conversion optimization.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms; Webflow experience is a plus.

Proficiency in analytics and testing tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Heap, etc.).

Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
