MTA360 is seeking a proactive SEO/Digital Support Specialist to provide exceptional client support and guidance. This role focuses on helping clients understand and optimize their digital marketing campaigns using MTA360’s SEO tools and strategies. The position requires strong communication skills, SEO knowledge, and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing timely support via email, live chat, and phone.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and answer questions about SEO products and best practices.

  • Translate complex SEO concepts into simple, actionable guidance for clients.

  • Create and maintain support documentation to empower clients to resolve issues independently.

  • Collaborate with product and IT teams to escalate bugs and suggest feature improvements.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts clearly.

  • Strong understanding of core SEO principles including on-page optimization, link building, keyword research, and technical SEO.

  • Passion for helping clients succeed and solving problems creatively.

  • Prior experience in a client-facing or technical support role is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $45,000 – $65,000

  • Commission and profit sharing
