Our flagship LoSo brewery is a Charlotte icon, featuring a world-class production facility, full-service restaurant, and a 1-acre biergarten that welcomes thousands of guests each year. In Spring 2024, we expanded into Ballantyne with a stunning new 14,000-square-foot, two-story brauhaus and biergarten.

About the Role

As a Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest enjoys the full OMB experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and maintaining clean, well-presented tables

  • Greeting and attending to guests with warmth and efficiency

  • Presenting menus and guiding guests in food & beverage choices

  • Taking and serving orders with accuracy and timeliness

  • Collaborating with bar, kitchen, and fellow service staff

  • Managing guest concerns with positivity and professionalism

  • Processing bills and payments accurately

  • Assisting with additional tasks as requested by management

  • Previous service experience preferred (but not required)
