At our restaurant, servers play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences. While the quality of our food is essential, exceptional service is what leaves a lasting impression on guests. As a Server, your primary responsibility is to delight every guest by delivering attentive, friendly, and professional service.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival

Take drink and food orders, process them promptly, and accommodate special requests

Remain attentive to guests throughout their dining experience, exceeding service standards

Memorize menu items, daily specials, and recipes to provide accurate recommendations

Restock and clean service areas during opening and closing shifts

Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, wait stations, and kitchen service areas to meet health and safety standards

Attend team briefings and contribute to a positive team environment

Promote hotel/restaurant amenities and services using effective selling techniques

Handle guest questions, issues, and complaints in a professional, solution-focused manner

Ensure proper guest check handling by documenting orders, processing payments, and securing guest information

Accurately manage cash, credit cards, and financial transactions

Maintain a professional, clean appearance and a cheerful, courteous demeanor at all times

Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements

High school diploma or GED
-
Must be at least 18 years old

At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry

Basic computer skills

Strong knowledge of food and beverage basics

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
