Provide food and beverage service to club members and guests following established steps of service guidelines.

Perform all duties with professionalism, attention to detail, and focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Job Duties

Interact with members and guests, ensuring a warm and enjoyable dining experience.

Set up side stations and complete assigned side work.
-
Greet guests upon seating, distribute menus, and take beverage and food orders.

Enter orders into the POS system with special instructions for kitchen staff.

Assemble and serve meals promptly, checking back to ensure guest satisfaction.

Replenish water, condiments, and other items as needed.

Clear soiled dishes and offer desserts, coffee, or after-dinner beverages.

Verify accuracy of bills, including taxes, tips, and charges.

Handle cash and credit card payments according to club procedures.

Maintain cleanliness of dining room, tables, and bus stations.

Report guest complaints to supervisor promptly.

Assist with setup/cleanup of special events and banquets.

Attend pre-meal meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu offerings.

Support administrative or clerical tasks as needed.

Perform closing duties as assigned.
Requirements
-
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service at an upscale restaurant, hotel, or private club.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to speak and understand primary guest languages.

Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills.

Ability to commute to Naples, FL 34120 (required).

Willingness to relocate before starting work (preferred).
