About the Role
As a Server Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting servers to provide excellent dining experiences for members and guests. You will prepare service stations, assist with food and beverage delivery, clear and reset tables, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized.
Job Duties

Run food and non-alcoholic beverages to tables.

Present bread and herb mix to guests.

Wrap utensils in napkins as required.

Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glassware promptly.

Carry dirty tableware to the kitchen area.

Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently.

Deliver food to tables when servers are busy.

Respond to guest requests and report complaints to management.

Keep service stations stocked with supplies.

Assist with side work and closing duties.
Qualifications
-
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required).

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service.
