Job Summary
We are seeking a Server Infrastructure Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and manage server technologies that support organizational access needs while maintaining operational efficiency, network security, and system integrity. This role involves collaboration with internal staff and vendors to ensure reliable and secure server environments.


Key Responsibilities

Tier II Support & Issue Resolution

  • Provide Tier II support to end users, Service Desk, and Desktop Support teams, including root cause analysis and resolution.

  • Prioritize and resolve user issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Server & Systems Management

  • Design, document, and implement standardized processes for consistent and automated deployment of operating systems and applications.

  • Maintain inventory of server hardware and manage software license assets.

  • Perform audit remediation within the server services environment.

  • Administer various environments, including Active Directory, Windows, Apple, and virtualized systems.

  • Facilitate integration between enterprise server services and desktop management systems.

  • Maintain lab and testing environments for server services and desktop management.

Documentation & Process Compliance

  • Document processes and procedures according to ITIL standards.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and end users.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology or related field.

  • Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Server software in virtual environments preferred.

  • Enterprise server and desktop management experience preferred.

  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as LANDesk/Invanti, Altiris, System Center Configuration Manager, or equivalent is a plus.
