The Role
We are seeking an In-Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences with professionalism, creativity, and care. You’ll provide personalized service, ensure accuracy in every order, and create WOW moments for our guests.
Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally

Guide guests with menu recommendations and answer questions on dietary needs

Take orders accurately and communicate special requests to the kitchen

Anticipate guest needs—refill drinks, clear tables, and offer dessert/coffee options

Promote menu items and specials using suggestive selling techniques

Attend pre-shift meetings and follow service standards consistently

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and adherence to F&B protocols

Perform additional duties as required by business needs

Requirements

Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

One year of food & beverage experience preferred (luxury hotel a plus)

Micros/POS system knowledge a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift/carry up to 50 lbs, and move carts up to 200 lbs
