We’re looking for an enthusiastic Service and Sales Assistant to become part of our amazing team at CRM Students in Cardiff. As a Service and Sales Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in providing exceptional customer service and helping manage the daily operations of our state-of-the-art student accommodation. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, offering support and solutions to any queries while contributing to the sales and marketing of our services. Key Responsibilities of a Service and Sales Assistant
As a Service and Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

Delivering excellent customer service to students living in the residences, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Providing a quick and effective response to customer queries, issues, or incidents, and taking necessary actions.

Supporting sales and marketing efforts to ensure occupancy rates are met and maximising all marketing channels.

Organising and promoting social events that foster community engagement for students.

Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all residents and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications and Skills Required for the Service and Sales Assistant Role
To succeed as a Service and Sales Assistant, you’ll need:

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset, always ready to take action and help resolve issues.

Good organisational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.

Adaptability, resilience, and a great awareness of cultural diversity.
Preferred: A willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy and other relevant qualifications.
