FNZ is hiring a talented Service Desk Analyst to join our IT Infrastructure team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll deliver technical assistance to our internal users while supporting both 1st and 2nd line IT services.  Key Responsibilities for a Service Desk Analyst

As a Service Desk Analyst at FNZ, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt, high-quality 1st line technical support via our Helpdesk system.

  • Managing Desktop Deployment Services (preferably Intune/Autopilot).

  • Handling Azure and on-prem Active Directory Users, Groups, and Group Policy management.

  • Supporting Microsoft Email Systems and Office 365 applications.

  • Managing access for bespoke internal applications and office systems, including printers and mobile devices.

  • Maintaining and updating the Asset Register.

  • Offering remote support for other internal teams as needed.

  • Performing daily checks, routine monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensuring adherence to IT Service Desk processes and procedures.

  • Conducting basic connectivity and network diagnostics.

  • Sharing technical knowledge and mentoring junior staff.

  • Maintaining clear documentation of issue resolutions.

  • Recommending improvements for IT services and ensuring company policies are followed.

 Skills & Experience

We’re seeking a Service Desk Analyst with:

  • Experience in a similar IT support role.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server environments.

  • Familiarity with virtualisation platforms like ESXi/vSphere.

  • Understanding of Active Directory and IP network fundamentals.

  • A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
