Due to ongoing territory expansion, we’re hiring Experienced Service Technicians to join our skilled team at our Mallusk (Belfast) and Maydown (Londonderry) depots.
Role Overview
As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and servicing of agricultural and construction machinery — both in our fully equipped workshops and on-site. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for a mechanical expert who thrives on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults on agricultural and construction machinery

Complete repairs and routine services efficiently and accurately

Maintain detailed repair and service records

Carry out both in-house and on-site repairs

Ensure all work is performed to manufacturer standards

Collaborate with team members to meet service targets and customer expectations
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of mechanical experience (preferably with agricultural or construction equipment)

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Ability to complete repair orders and documentation accurately

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Franchise or manufacturer training is a bonus (training can be provided)
