Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the outlet’s operations, including staff scheduling, task delegation, service supervision, and overall team performance.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills to ensure the success of the food and beverage outlet.
- Recruit, train, mentor, motivate, supervise, and, when necessary, discipline department employees.
- Provide friendly, yet professional and discreet service, ensuring an elevated guest experience.
- Maintain and enforce consistent service standards across all meal periods.
- Have a deep understanding of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and proper service techniques.
- Monitor and control the usage of food, beverages, equipment, and service tools to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Utilize POS and HOTsos systems in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food & beverage management within a high-end establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverages, including wines and cocktails.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Physical endurance to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food. Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 25 lbs.
