As we scale up from one to two manufacturing sites, we’re looking for a tech-savvy and solutions-focused Shift Coordinator to help keep our systems and operations seamlessly aligned.

About the Role

As a Shift Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in streamlining our manufacturing and stock processes. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy, traceability, and performance of our ERP systems, while driving continuous improvement across production, warehouse, technical, and fulfilment functions.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled operational environment and is passionate about improving systems to enable scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the ERP/MWS systems to ensure data accuracy and full traceability

  • Champion digital process compliance, aligning system transactions with physical operations

  • Drive improvements in stock reporting, manufacturing yield, and process efficiency

  • Investigate stock discrepancies and perform regular audits to maintain inventory integrity

  • Collaborate across departments to support cross-functional improvement projects

  • Report on manufacturing performance and identify trends and opportunities for change

  • Support master data accuracy across the system as we expand to a second facility

  • Provide feedback in weekly meetings, raising blockers and driving accountability

  • Monitor and enforce daily system transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Lead the adoption and integration of new hardware, tools, and tech for operational excellence

About You

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • High-level IT literacy – quick to adapt to new tech, software, and digital tools

  • Strong track record in maintaining system accuracy and inventory traceability

  • Experience in conducting audits and investigating stock discrepancies

  • A data-led mindset – able to analyse operational data and act on insights

  • Natural love for dogs (a must )

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems in manufacturing or logistics

  • Experience working cross-functionally to streamline processes

  • A natural problem-solver who supports and challenges stakeholders to improve

  • Strong accountability and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Curious about emerging technologies and their operational applications
