Job Overview
Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations at our Tulsa facility. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying shipments, preparing documentation, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and team-driven.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against packing lists and purchase orders.

Accurately record materials in the inventory system and report discrepancies.

Prepare and package outgoing shipments with correct labeling, documentation, and carrier coordination.

Load and unload trucks using forklifts or material-handling equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping/receiving area.

Coordinate with internal departments to deliver materials on time.

Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and standards.
Requirements
-
2+ years manufacturing environment experience.

2+ years shipping & receiving experience.
-
1+ year working with computer systems, inventory, or ERP tools.

Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

Knowledge of freight/shipping regulations (domestic & international).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Core Competencies

Forklift certification or experience operating forklifts.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication with team members and cross-functional departments.
Preferences
-
Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or 5S principles.
Work Arrangements

100% on-site position at Tulsa, OK facility.

Must be able to work extended hours if required by management.
