Shipping & Receiving Clerk

The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the flow of materials, parts, and products to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate, efficient, and compliant with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.

  • Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments with proper documentation.

  • Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records in the ERP system.

  • Coordinate with production, quality control, and procurement teams for timely deliveries.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and support inventory management.

  • Resolve discrepancies or issues related to shipping/receiving activities.

  • Keep the shipping and receiving area organized, clean, and safe.

  • Follow all company policies and safety protocols.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
