About the Role
Enovis™ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Distribution (Loaner) Team. In this role, you’ll ensure surgical reps receive the equipment they need, when they need it. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, inspection of surgical instruments and implants, inventory reconciliation, and administrative tasks to support accurate records and smooth operations.
This position is ideal for a problem-solver with strong communication skills, a positive “can do” attitude, and the ability to balance 50% administrative tasks with 50% manual duties (lifting up to 50 lbs).
Key Responsibilities

Ship, receive, and inspect surgical instruments and implants.

Reconcile and resolve issues with returned sets and inventory.

Execute customer orders and provide responsive customer care.

Maintain accurate records, logs, and metrics in Excel.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory control.

Handle RMA inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Basic Qualifications

English speaking and writing skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Safety-focused and team-oriented mindset.

Self-sufficient with ability to lift 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications

Experience in the medical device industry.

Proficiency with Oracle and Excel.
