About Flexco
Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking dedicated Shipping Team Members to join our air-conditioned facility. This role focuses on accurate order picking and packing, on-time shipping, forklift operation, and inventory management. Training will be provided during 1st shift hours.
What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

Operate a forklift safely to support shipping operations.

Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with daily warehouse operations.

Use RF scanners (if experienced) to manage inventory and orders.

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or inventory operations.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly.

Forklift experience is a plus.

Experience with picking and packing orders.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Exposure to RF scanning technology is highly desirable.
