PC Construction is hiring Construction Laborers to support the preparation and execution of building and infrastructure projects. As a Laborer, you will play an essential role on our worksites by ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every task. From site cleanup to concrete work and assisting skilled trades, this position offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to build a lasting career with a 100% employee-owned company.
Responsibilities

Clean and prepare construction sites for building and structure erection.

Load and unload construction materials and equipment.

Mix and pour concrete; assist carpenters, operators, and other crew members.

Perform demolition tasks, salvaging, cleanup, and debris removal.

Assist in fence, guardrail, and marker installation.

Operate as a choker setter, riprap man, tool room attendant, water nozzleman, or truck loader as needed.

Support structure moving, foundation preparation, cribbing, shoring, and unloading.

Follow safety protocols and contribute to efficient job site operations.
Qualifications

At least 1 year of construction or related field experience preferred.

Ability to work extended hours beyond 40 per week when required.

Physically able to perform demanding labor tasks in outdoor environments.
