Who We Are
We’re the biggest small agency in the world—where the best of big and small come together.
Why Big Matters
Being big means robust capabilities, extensive resources, and a deep talent pool. It means a global perspective and offices in dynamic cities like São Paulo and Perth.
Why Small Matters
Being small means agility, personalized attention, and efficiency. It means quick decision-making and treating every opportunity like it’s the final play of the game.
Why Choose?
Before March 2020, companies had to pick between big and small. Now, you don’t have to.
At Barrett Hofherr, we offer the best of both worlds—or as we call it, Smig.
With full-time employees across eight cities and an elite network of partners specializing in media buying, event planning, PR, and more, we deliver world-class solutions with a boutique agency feel. Plus, our global reach is expanded through our partnership with TheNetworkOne.
Big brings power. Small brings precision. We bring you both.
About the Opportunity
Do you dive into the news before your morning coffee? Have a sharp wit, endless curiosity, and a talent for turning complex topics into compelling, shareable content? If you thrive where media, tech, politics, and culture collide—and enjoy a bit of creative chaos—we want to meet you.
At Barrett Hofherr, we’re searching for a Social Content Creator who blends intellectual depth with quick-fire humor. This isn’t just a social media job—you’ll collaborate with our Social Strategist and creative teams to craft engaging content across platforms. Whether it’s snappy captions, thought-provoking threads, or dynamic short-form videos, your work will make an impact.
You’ll work with clients across B2B, tech, and media industries, staying ahead of trends, breaking news, and internet culture to create fresh, relevant, and unexpected content. We need someone who can seamlessly shift between high-level analysis and playful creativity, making even the most complex subjects accessible and engaging.
If you thrive on variety, crave creative challenges, and want to make an impact in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
