About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help grow our brand across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital trends, creator collaborations, and content strategy. You’ll be involved in influencer outreach, content coordination, research, posting, and campaign support to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Outreach & Partnerships

Identify and connect with creators on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Coordinate collaborations, sponsorships, and brand deals.

Maintain strong relationships with influencers and manage ongoing communication.
Content Coordination & Posting

Schedule and publish posts across social platforms.

Assist in managing the content calendar for timely and consistent posting.

Monitor engagement and prepare performance reports.
Content Research & Development

Track social trends, hashtags, and growth opportunities.

Brainstorm creative content concepts and campaign ideas with the marketing team.

Assist in scripting, filming, and editing short-form videos when needed.
Team & Marketing Support

Provide daily assistance to the marketing team.

Help organize campaign assets while ensuring brand voice and consistency.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.

Experience in influencer outreach and creator coordination.

Creative mindset with an eye for engaging, trend-driven content.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools) preferred.
