About the Role
We’re seeking a Paid Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale high-impact paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and beyond. This role is pivotal in driving Tractive’s North American growth and helping more pet parents experience peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and optimize Meta Ads campaigns using advanced strategies (budget optimization, dynamic creatives, message testing).

Analyze performance data to guide creative testing and identify top-performing content.

Collaborate with creative and influencer teams to produce impactful UGC (user-generated content).

Support and scale full-funnel campaigns across TikTok, Reddit, and other platforms.

Monitor campaign performance in real time using Meta Advantage+ and other tools.

Plan and execute strategic campaigns during seasonal events and key moments (e.g., Black Friday).

Stay current with platform trends, algorithm changes, and privacy updates, implementing actionable improvements.

Share fresh ideas and innovative approaches—your voice will always be heard at Tractive.
Your Profile

4–6+ years of proven experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong track record in performance marketing with hands-on testing and optimization.

Experience with additional platforms (TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest) is highly desirable.

Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Based in Seattle, WA or able to work in the office twice per week preferred.
