 Job Overview

Do you live and breathe social media? Are you excited by trends, content creation, and audience engagement across multiple platforms? We’re looking for a versatile professional who can manage multiple client accounts, develop compelling content strategies, and lead influencer and social campaigns with flair.

 Key Responsibilities

Content & Strategy

  • Plan, create, and schedule high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and more

  • Produce written, visual, and video content tailored to client goals

  • Write blogs and captions with flawless grammar and SEO awareness

  • Conduct hashtag research and content ideation in line with seasonal trends

  • Generate leads and build brand awareness through engaging social posts

Community & Influencer Management

  • Monitor inboxes, comments, and DMs across platforms

  • Source and manage influencers for product promos and brand events

  • Build authentic relationships and foster online communities

Client Management & Reporting

  • Interpret client briefs and align content strategies with KPIs

  • Deliver monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Confidently communicate via messenger or video call with clients and collaborators

Campaigns & Admin

  • Launch and manage social ad campaigns (lead gen + conversions)

  • Manage backend admin (e.g. page invites, permissions, platform settings)

  • Arrange and attend content days and client events for social coverage

  • Occasionally travel within the UK for events and client shoots (travel reimbursed)

 Must-Have Skills & Experience

3+ years of social media marketing experience
 Strong copywriting, grammar, and attention to detail
 Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
 Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, etc.
 Social influencer PR and outreach experience
 Proficiency in social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite)
 Confident with blog writing (WordPress preferred)
 Comfortable interpreting data and adjusting strategy accordingly
 SEO understanding (desirable)
 Agency experience (desirable)
B2B and B2C experience (preferred)

 Important Note

You must be living in the UK and have the legal right to work. This is a remote-first role, but occasional travel is required for content shoots and events within the UK.
