We’re now looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media and Content Manager to lead and grow our organic digital presence. Role Overview

As Social Media and Content Manager, you will take full ownership of No Regrets’ organic digital strategy. You’ll manage all our social platforms, lead creative production, and collaborate with our in-house videographer and marketing team to bring compelling campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

 Strategy & Collaboration

• Develop and execute No Regrets’ overall social media strategy

• Lead the videographer in planning and producing a consistent filming/content schedule

• Identify opportunities for original, on-brand storytelling across all channels

• Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content types

• Partner with studio artists and sales teams to align content with business goals

• Use performance data to optimize strategy and drive continuous growth

 Social Media Management

• Own and manage No Regrets’ social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

• Create and manage a content calendar, maintaining regular, engaging posts

• Update and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance local SEO

• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual presentation across channels

• Report regularly on platform performance and suggest improvements

 Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit visually arresting content tailored for each platform

• Develop content in various formats (short-form video, photography, graphics, etc.)

• Work alongside in-house creatives to deliver content aligned with marketing campaigns

• Ensure timely and consistent publishing of content across all social media

About You

• Based in Bristol or the South West (or planning to relocate before starting)

• At least 5 years of experience in social media and content management

• Demonstrated ability to lead or manage creative teams

• Skilled in video and photo editing (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)

• Comfortable with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Confident working across visual, written, and mixed-media formats

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines

• Strong copywriting and communication skills

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

• Comfortable taking initiative and owning end-to-end content delivery

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in creative, design-led, or culture-focused industries

• An interest in tattoo art and the tattoo community

• A full UK driving licence (required for some travel between studio locations)
