Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media & CRM Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of LinkedIn strategy, CRM (HubSpot) optimization, and support key admin and marketing operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative yet independent role, with exposure across multiple areas of a modern startup.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing (HubSpot)

Maintain accurate contact records, ensuring GDPR compliance.

Set up and manage email campaigns, automations, onboarding workflows, and newsletters.

Support lead management and assist with CRM analytics and reporting.

Optimise CRM usage to improve engagement and customer journey tracking.
Social Media & Content (LinkedIn Focus)

Develop and execute the LinkedIn strategy in line with brand voice.

Create and schedule engaging LinkedIn posts, tailored to our target audience.

Conduct cold outreach activities to grow our follower base and community.

Monitor social media for engagement opportunities and respond to comments/messages.

Use analytics to assess performance and refine strategy.
Marketing & Event Support

Prepare marketing materials for campaigns and conferences.

Manage webinar logistics: setting up events, sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and follow-ups.

Upload post-event materials (slides/recordings) to platforms like Articulate.

Maintain content calendars and coordinate posting schedules.
Business Administration

Process invoices, manage expense tracking, and assist with basic bookkeeping.

Schedule internal/client meetings, draft agendas and meeting minutes.

Support CEO with task tracking and prioritisation.

Assist with travel arrangements, and procurement of marketing materials/equipment.

Collaborate in documenting internal workflows and standard procedures.
About You

Proven track record in CRM setup and optimisation, especially HubSpot.

Demonstrated experience in managing social media, especially LinkedIn.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for tone and detail.

Highly organised, agile, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Proficient in using social media tools, analytics platforms, and Canva (or similar).

Creative, adaptable, and excited to grow in a varied, hands-on role.

Previous experience in life sciences, healthcare, or consulting is a bonus—but not essential.
