Job Overview
Apex Systems is seeking a Social Media Channel Coordinator to support our Insurance Industry client. In this role, you will assist channel leads across social media, website, email, and SMS marketing. The coordinator will monitor/respond to customer interactions on social platforms, manage project timelines, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Support channel leads with project planning, execution, and optimization.

Monitor/respond to customer conversations via Sprout Social, including occasional nights/weekends.

Maintain and update the channel calendar with campaign activities and results.

Conduct competitive and digital landscape monitoring using social listening.

Perform regular audits on site content, promotions, and search functions.

Build dashboards/reports to track campaign success and guide future strategies.
Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in marketing/communications.

Hands-on experience in social media monitoring and response.

Strong project management and communication skills.

Solid understanding of marketing and branding principles.

Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, paid search, email, social).

Tool knowledge: Sprout Social (or Sprinklr), Adobe Workfront, MS Office Suite.
