What You’ll Own

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Grow Ema’s LinkedIn following from 30K → 100K+ through bold, creative storytelling.

  • Manage a rolling 4-week social content calendar across platforms.

  • Write or edit one blog per week, collaborating with engineers, design, and leadership.

  • Repurpose content (blogs, interviews, videos, whitepapers) into carousels, newsletters, and clips.

  • Experiment with new formats and channels (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram).

  • Track and optimize performance across channels.

Community Building

  • Build and manage Agents of Change by Ema—a private community for senior enterprise leaders.

  • Grow the LinkedIn group to 500+ members within 6 months.

  • Deliver curated insights, polls, and content while conducting user research.

  • Nurture relationships with Ema’s ICP (enterprise execs, CAIOs, operators).

  • Work with marketing and sales to convert community engagement into pipeline opportunities.

Accelerating Brand & Category Creation

  • Support the launch of CAIO Academy / AgentSchool as the leading resource for enterprise AI.

  • Draft newsletters, create content snippets, and manage ABT microsite.

  • Help organize Ema events: roundtables, hackathons, and community sessions.

  • Continuously measure success with metrics like reach, engagement, and pipeline impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Tech social media, community, or marketing.

  • Strong preference for past experience in AI.

You’d Be a Strong Fit If You:

  • Are skilled in writing/editing across technical and business formats.

  • Know how to repurpose content into high-performing LinkedIn/social assets.

  • Stay current on trends in AI, enterprise tech, and content formats.

  • Understand how to engage executives and operators in enterprises.

  • Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

  • Have a creative portfolio (blogs, videos, carousels, or social campaigns).
