Social Media Content Creator

About the Role

We are seeking a Social Content Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who thrives on producing trend-driven, high-quality content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms. You will own the end-to-end content creation process—from ideation to execution—while staying ahead of trends to keep our brand voice fresh and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (90%)

• Produce thumb-stopping, platform-native content (video, photo, and graphics).

• Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to align content with campaigns.

• Monitor trends, platform updates, and innovative formats to enhance content strategy.

• Manage the creative process from brainstorming to final delivery.

• Review analytics to measure and optimize content performance.

• Appear on camera when required for video/social content.

Content Coordination (10%)

• Source and organize UGC, EGC, and partner-produced content.

• Support creative briefs and coordinate externally produced assets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation.

• Skilled in graphic design, videography, photography, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.).

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, high-impact social content.

• In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

• Familiarity with social media management tools (Sprinklr preferred).

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in community management or agency environments is a bonus.

• Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is highly desirable.

• Active personal presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube preferred.
