Executive Communications Specialist – What You’ll Do
As an Executive Communications Specialist, you will:

Write weekly LinkedIn content for 16 senior leaders to strengthen G-P’s reputation and highlight their expertise.

Partner directly with executives to understand their voice and create personalized posting strategies.

Use Canva for visuals and creative assets to enhance posts.

Optimize LinkedIn profiles for senior leaders to boost engagement and visibility.

Work with a Communications Specialist to create weekly content topics and assets for leadership.

Monitor industry trends to keep messaging relevant and impactful.

Write compelling social media copy for company announcements in collaboration with the Social Media team.

Partner with the Social Media team to track and report post performance.
What We’re Looking For in an Executive Communications Specialist

Proven experience managing executive content programs on LinkedIn.

Skilled at writing for C-level and senior leadership with a polished, professional tone.

Background in B2B tech, HR tech, or AI technology is highly desirable.

Excellent organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to multiple executive voices.
This is a 6-month independent contractor position (1099) with competitive pay ($50–$70 per hour based on experience). No benefits provided. Contractor is responsible for applicable taxes.
