About the Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Producer to take the lead on producing dynamic, platform-specific content that captures attention, sparks engagement, and strengthens our brand across social media.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on with content creation—filming, editing, and writing—while also managing the content calendar, shaping campaigns, and staying on top of trends. You’ll collaborate across departments—marketing, design, product, and strategy—to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a strategic content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand goals

Produce and publish tailored content for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.)

Film, photograph, and edit both short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, interviews, BTS, etc.)

Write engaging captions, scripts, post copy, and social content that reflects our tone and voice

Monitor platform trends and cultural moments to create timely, viral-ready content

Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to maintain brand alignment

Track content performance and adapt strategy based on analytics (engagement, reach, retention)

Organise and manage content libraries, assets, and publishing schedules
Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in content creation for social media or digital platforms

Proficiency in video and photo production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.

Skilled with social scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)

Strong creative instincts and understanding of social platforms, formats, and user behavior

Excellent organisational and project management skills—able to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects

A portfolio of work that demonstrates your creativity, versatility, and understanding of platform-specific content
Desirable Extras

Experience in a startup, media, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brand environment

Familiarity with paid social and content performance optimisation

A strong personal presence on social platforms is a plus, but not required
