Str8 Shots Media is offering a unique opportunity for young professionals in social media management who want to build a career in streaming and digital content creation. As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and managing our online presence across platforms. While our creators will provide the content, you will independently handle scheduling, publishing, and optimizing posts to maximize engagement and reach.
Preferred Qualifications

Strong writing and communication skills

2+ years of experience managing and growing social media accounts

In-depth knowledge of major platforms including TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter

Familiarity with content management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SEO keyword optimization, and basic HTML

Ability to collaborate with creators and editors to align with brand guidelines and audience expectations

Prior experience in entertainment, streaming, or digital media is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital strategies to drive engagement and audience growth

Manage social media campaigns and maintain content calendars across all platforms

Upload, optimize, and publish posts using proper SEO practices, keywords, and tags

Oversee multiple projects and deliver content on tight deadlines

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize content strategy

Compensation

Base Pay: $40,000 per year
