About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Specialist to manage Signals’ LinkedIn pages (including event-specific pages) and other social media platforms, while also leading our press release strategy. This role will also contribute to email marketing efforts and assist in planning and executing virtual events.

If you’re creative, organized, and eager to develop expertise in social media management, public relations, and demand generation, this is the perfect opportunity to build a strong foundation in marketing.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Provo, UT.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Oversee and optimize Signals’ LinkedIn pages (corporate and event-specific) along with other platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
  • Create, schedule, and analyze social media content, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Press Releases & Public Relations

  • Work with internal teams and leadership to craft compelling press releases aligned with Signals’ brand voice and objectives.
  • Distribute press releases to media outlets, track coverage, and build relationships with journalists and influencers to expand brand awareness.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Assist in creating event pages, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups to maximize attendee engagement and lead generation.

Brand Building & Social Presence

  • Strengthen Signals’ branding across event-related communications and marketing materials.
  • Develop strategies to expand Signals’ social footprint through engaging content tied to events and marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Demand Generation, Design, and Product Marketing teams to create cohesive strategies and integrated campaigns.
  • Provide creative input for new event formats, processes, and outreach strategies to enhance marketing efforts.

Documentation & Market Research

  • Maintain documentation of email workflows, best practices, and processes to scale marketing efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative event ideas and marketing strategies.

  • Experience: 1+ years in social media management, public relations, or related fields.
