About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to be one of the faces of Nomadicare. You’ll produce content that’s educational, witty, and relatable—helping travel therapists feel seen, supported, and inspired.

This role isn’t about chasing virality—it’s about building meaningful connections with travel OTs, PTs, and SLPs. You’ll set the creative direction, spot opportunities, and guide us with your expertise—while enjoying freedom, trust, and collaboration from our team.

This is a contractor role starting at $3,000/month with tangible deliverables and potential to grow into full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends and topics that matter most to travel OTs, PTs, and SLPs.

• Create, edit, and publish 16–20 short-form videos (TikToks/Reels) per month.

• Appear on camera with a personable, witty, and educational presence.

• Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts for social posts.

• Share 12–15 Instagram/Facebook feed posts and ~20 Instagram Stories per month (polls, Q&As, hacks).

• Repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

• Track performance metrics and refine strategies using insights.

• Respond to DMs and comments in clever, kind, and authentic ways.

• Proactively engage with other creators in the travel therapy space to build partnerships.

• Manage and moderate Facebook Groups, including approving new members.

• Share job postings, community updates, and educational resources.

• Experienced in creating and managing social media content for yourself or a brand.

• Funny, witty, and confident on camera.

• Passionate about TikTok trends, editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.), and experimenting with Reels.

• Skilled in writing captions and comments that are both clever and kind.

• Passionate about travel, culture, and community, with a lifestyle that reflects your audience.

• Self-driven and comfortable thriving with creative freedom.

• Able to independently spot trends, research insights, script, film, edit, and publish.
