The Opportunity

We’re seeking a creative and strategic UK Social Media & Influencer Manager to join our EMEA Digital Media Communications team. Reporting to the Head of Social, this role is instrumental in building brand awareness, growing engagement, and telling compelling stories through social and influencer-driven content.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a UK-specific social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

  • Curate and publish high-quality, on-brand content tailored to UK audiences.

  • Manage content calendars and align with major campaigns, launches, and key cultural moments.

  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure UK social aligns with global messaging.

  • Stay on top of trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.

  • Analyze performance and use insights to refine engagement strategy.

Influencer & Creator Marketing

  • Lead UK influencer campaigns targeting creators, marketers, and professionals.

  • Identify, brief, and manage creator partnerships to produce impactful content.

  • Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.

  • Collaborate with the paid media team to license influencer content for amplification.

  • Track performance and deliver campaign insights for ongoing optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics, content performance, and ROI.

  • Use analytics tools such as Sprinklr or native platform insights to drive data-led decision-making.

  • Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in social media or influencer marketing, ideally in a creative, design, or tech-related industry.

  • Deep understanding of UK social trends, audience behaviours, and platform best practices.

  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns.

  • Skilled in content planning, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

  • Analytical mindset with experience using social data to drive performance.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

  • Familiarity with paid media and creator licensing strategies is a plus.

  • Innovative and proactive with strong project management skills.
